We are looking for software professionals with real caliber for the roles of team leader, software engineers, trainees and web designer for our offshore development centre in Cochin. The following are the jobs:
1. COM Developer(MS.COM-01)
BE/BTech/ MCA with2-5 years relevant software engineering experience. Experience developing software that interacts with electromechanical devices. Experience with Visual Basic, VC++ .Working knowledge of C#. Demonstrated project experience with COM and Working knowledge of .NET. Demonstrated project experience with Object Oriented paradigm. This includes OO Requirements analysis, OO design, use of programming languages such as C++, C# or Java, and component oriented architectures such as COM/DCOM. Experience with UML, Visual Studio, VC++, Source Safe, SQL Server, PVCS; experience with real time and embedded systems; Relational Data Base Technology; Laboratory Automation Equipment Industry; Life Sciences Industry; Install Shield. Working experience with software life cycle issues is essential along with good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Team Lead-Java Programming(TLJ-01)
BE/BTech/MCA with 4-8 years or more experience in Java/J2EE Technologies with exposure to JDBC, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Servlet, EJB, Java Mail, JMS, JNDI, MVC and having knowledge in Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere.
2. Team Lead-MS Technology(TLMS-01)
BE/BTech/ MCA with 4-8years IT Experience with minimum 2years as leading a team. Proficient in VB 6.0, COM, .net technologies(VB.net/C#/ASP.net), XML.Strong Object Oriented Programming Concepts.Sql Server 2000/2005 or Oracle 9i.Must have project experience in developing Desktop Applications (Not web sites)
5. Search Engine Optimizer(SEO-01)
Candidate should be proficient in Competitive Analysis, Keyword Analysis and Research. Must possess sound knowledge in Overture, Wordtracker, Hitwise, etc. Proficiency in Website Optimization including Technical, HTML, Design, Linking and Content Optimization is a must. The candidate needs to possess sound knowledge with regard to writing Keyword Rich Title, Meta , Alt Tags, Footer Navigation, Google sitemap, ROR XML sitemap. Should be proficient in Link Building and in the effective usage of Link Building Analysis Tools.
4. System Admin(SA-01)
BTech.BE/MCA/BSc Comp Sc/BCA with of 1-2yrs year experience.The candidate should be able to manage Linux, Free BSD and Win 2003 servers. More detailed: BSD, Apache, PHP, MySQL, SendMail, IIS, MS SQL, .NET. Simple DNS Plus, Mail Enable. His duties would include day-to-day management of Sysnodes’s in-house servers, co-located servers and virtual private servers. He would also be responsible for managing security on those servers and continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
6. Team Lead-Software Testing(TLT-01)
The candidate should have minimum of 4years experience in Testing with a clear understanding of Testing Life Cycle. He should have sound knowledge in databases like SQL Server, My Sql and Oracle. Understanding of Business flow is necessary. Certification in Software Testing will be an added advantage. The candidate should have atleast two years experience in QTP (Quick Test Professional) with a clear understanding of Testing Life Cycle.
7.Software Engineer – Offshore (SE 01)
(BS (EE, SWE, ME), 2-3 years relevant software engineering experience. Experience developing software that interacts with electromechanical devices.
Minimum one year experience with Visual Basic, C++ and working knowledge of C#.
Demonstrated project experience with COM and Working knowledge of .NET.
Development experience using Microsoft Windows environment is required.
Demonstrated project experience with Object Oriented paradigm. This includes OO Requirements analysis, OO design, use of programming languages such as C++, C# or Java, and component oriented architectures such as CORBA or COM/DCOM.
8. ASP.NET Developers (SE 01)
(BE/B-Tech, MCA Candidates only)
At least 2 years of commercial experience and MS Project experience. C#, ASP.NET, OO, MS SQL, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML as main scripts. Focus on Performance and maintainable quality code, experience with some configuration management tools like Source Safe, understanding of search engines and creation of search engine friendly web sitesWin2003 and MS SQL environment. Experience in MS Share Point is an added advantage.
10. JAVA Programmer (JP 01)
(BE/B-Tech, MCA Candidates only)
1+ years experience in development of Java applications with expertise in Servlets, JSP, MVC, Struts, Hibernate and exposure to JBoss, JRun & WebLogic.
9. PHP Developer (PD 01)
(BE/B-Tech, MCA Candidates only)
1+ years experience in PHP/MySQL, Experience in E-commerce, JavaScript and Linux are preferred.
11. WEB Designer (WD 01)
(Bachelors Degree)
2+ years experience in Adobe,Corel and Macromedia tools. Knowledge in Flash Scripting and DHTML are preferred.
12. Business Analyst (BA 01)
(Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering)
1+ yrs of Experience in submitting business proposals, Excellent Communication and writing skills, RFPs planning and Requirements gatherring
13. Testers (T 01)
(BE/B-Tech, MCA Candidates only)
1+ years experience in using automated tools like WinRunner, Load Runner, Test Director, Silk Test.
14. Oracle Developer (OD – 01)
(MCA / B.Tech / BE Candidates ONLY)
2-3 years experience in ORACLE Finance Applications
Personnel with Oracle experience. Should know Oracle PL/SQL, Stored procedures etc. Knowledge of Oracle E-Business schema. KNowledge of Cognos software preferred. The candidate should have experience with Oracle Application expertise in the following areas - General Ledger, Fixed Assets, AP, AR, Purchasing, Sales Order Mgmt, Distribution, General Supply Chain, OTL, IExpenses etc. We are looking specifically for Oracle E-Business Application experience. The modules Sysnodes is running are GL, AP, AR, FA, Order Mgmt, Purchasing, Planning, Mfg, OTL, iExpense, Inventory, Shipping and Receiving. We need someone who has 2+ years of experience troubleshooting at least half of the modules listed above.
